Ashraff (Ash) Ahmad is a seasoned trainer, consultant and registered counselor under Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia with experience and exposure in both corporate and NGO settings. He spent 13 years with international MNC working in both business and corporate function focusing on various organizational intervention such as change management, continuous improvement, coaching, diversity and inclusion, leadership development and personal mastery. Ash is also actively involved with NGOs targeting on special population as advisor and counselor working with woman and marginalized population (LGBTQ+).
Ash provides individual and couple therapy on various mental health, career and relationship issues. His special interest areas are in relationship issues, career/personnel development, workplace conflict, gender-based violence, sexuality, HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infection counseling.
Ash is currently completing his third master in Clinical Psychology with CUCMS and recently embarked onto PhD journey in Psychology with UM focusing on coping strategy and mental health of people living with HIV/AIDS among the LGBTQ+ population.
