Primarily trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Audrey also incorporates techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness into her practice. With a special interest in the geriatric population, she is passionate about supporting aging individuals as they navigate the unique psychological and emotional aspects of later life. Fluent in both English and Malay, Audrey strives to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering therapeutic environment for all her clients.
