Harnirmal Kaur is a Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in working with individuals facing challenges in relationships, including domestic abuse, family conflict, marriage, and divorce. Her clinical work focuses on helping clients navigate emotionally complex situations by offering evidence-based, compassionate support that is both culturally sensitive and tailored to each individual’s needs.
Harnirmal obtained her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from UCSI University and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from Sunway University. Her clinical training included rotations across diverse settings, university clinics, government hospitals, private practices, and a child development centre, providing her with relevant experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from a wide range of backgrounds.
She has supported clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, interpersonal difficulties, and identity-related challenges, and is especially passionate about helping those affected by intimate partner violence and relational trauma. In therapy, she adopts an integrative approach grounded in working collaboratively with clients to foster resilience, safety, and meaningful change.
Beyond clinical work, Harnirmal is committed to increasing awareness and accessibility of mental health care through psychoeducation and community engagement. She believes that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood and strives to create a therapeutic space where clients can reclaim their voices and reconnect with their values.
