Patricia is a Clinical Psychologist devoted to walk alongside individuals through their personal challenges, offering thoughtful, evidence-informed support that honours each client’s unique path. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Australia and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from HELP University, Malaysia.

Throughout her clinical training, she had the opportunity to rotate across various settings, including university clinics, private practices, and hospitals. These diverse placements have allowed her to work with clients from different backgrounds and life stages — ranging from those struggling with depression, anxiety, or interpersonal difficulties, to individuals navigating chronic pain conditions — strengthening her belief in a flexible and individualised approach to care.

Grounded in the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all method to psychotherapy, she is committed to working collaboratively with her clients to build emotional wellbeing and resilience through tailored treatment plans that suit their unique needs and goals.

Patricia also has a special interest in the field of oncology and palliative care, and is particularly attuned to the psychological impact of illness not only on patients, but also on their caregivers and loved ones. With a keen desire to bridge mental health and medical care, she aims to integrate clinical psychological expertise into oncology and palliative settings to provide holistic support to those facing illness or loss.

A strong advocate for continuous learning, she actively engages in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, seminars, and trainings to stay current with best practices in clinical psychology. She is currently a registered member of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology, and the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council.
