Psycle CAT has come a long way since our launch in 2018, thanks to our clients who showed tremendous courage in seeking out for help. From our initial office in Taman Taynton View Cheras, to Plaza Damas Sri Hartamas, to Sri Petaling, and to operating mainly online during the pandemic, Psycle CAT has been able to survive and thrive because of our clients who reached out during their vulnerable moments.
After much consideration, we have decided to establish a physical centre in Olive Hill Business Park, Seri Kembangan, to provide the option for in-person sessions to our clients. The centre will be operating from 15 April 2024 onwards. As many of you may know, Psycle CAT believes in providing access to psychological services for everyone, regardless of age, gender, and socioeconomic status. Even with the costs associated with the new establishment, we insist on providing affordable services to individuals with financial difficulties who are in need. Hence, we have come up with a new fee schedule that would benefit anyone from T20 to B40.
We will also be updating our Facebook and Instagram regularly, with exciting offers and programs that may interest you as well. Be sure to follow us if you would like to receive our latest updates.
Lastly, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to those choosing to be a client of Psycle CAT. We are pretty sure not every single one of you had a positive experience with us, but we promise to accept feedback with humility and grow from our mistakes. Our advanced degree in psychology does not make us invincible. Instead, it helps us realize our flaws as humans.
